This guy turned out rather "funky" with his green face. This was a little different process for me. I used a lower fire clay & glaze, and I painted the glaze on while the clay was at the leather hard stage. Then the clay was allowed to fully harden before firing, so clay & glaze fired all at once. Now I know this works.
Now I'm wondering if I should try something like these Mexican masks next.
